How can I pay for services?
Susan Does Taxes LLC will continue to accept cash and checks as well as credit/debit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be applied to cover transactions fees).
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Office hours are normally 9-6 p.m. during tax season but I am available by email 24/7/365.
Do you take appointments?
We are currently striving to protect all of our clients and community safe from COVID and therefore we are HIGHLY encouraging virtual appointments by video or phone. Please call or email when you are ready to start the process. By setting up a time, we can focus completely on your needs.
Where are you located?
Susan Does Taxes LLC is located at 8 South Main Street, next to the gazebo in downtown Houston. Limited handicap parking is available directly behind the tax office off of Adams Street.
For those visiting from outside the Houston-Canonsburg area, you are recommended to take exit 43 from I-79 and travel west toward the center of Houston on Rt. 519. The easiest access is to take West McNutt Street (between the Houston Fire Department and Dominoes Pizza. Turn right onto Adams Street and drive toward Pike Street. The paved lot will be on your right side JUST BEFORE you reach Pike Street.
As part of our COVID precautions, a window drop box is available at the rear of the building just off of the paved parking lot. Follow the signs and pink snow stakes. I look forward to seeing you safe and sound in the coming tax year.
